- Tell us about your move: Get in touch by phone, WhatsApp or email with the property size, distance and your preferred date. For a smaller removal, photos or a short video are often enough for us to assess what's involved without a visit.
- Free, fixed quote: For larger moves we'll visit to scope the job properly - how many rooms, how many trips, whether you need packing help or storage. The price is agreed and fixed before anything is booked, and a 10% deposit secures your date.
- Packing and preparation: If you've chosen our packing service, we bring boxes and materials sized for glassware, furniture and fragile items, and pack over however many days the property needs.
- Moving day: Man and Van jobs are handled by two movers; full house removals usually have a team of three or four. Belongings are wrapped, loaded and transported in a Luton van, 7.5 tonne lorry or Sprinter panel van depending on the size of the job.
- Unloading and clean sweep: Everything is unloaded and placed at the new property, packing waste and unwanted items are taken away under our waste carrier licence, and the old property is left tidy behind you.
